About Me - Christine Bardoe - Experience Play Therapist

My name is Christine Bardoe and I am an Accredited Play and Creative Arts Therapist based within Southeast England, Kent and Essex. Over the last 12 years I have worked children in various settings which have included additional needs. I have been working with children therapeutically since 2015 and been qualified since 2015. A lot of my work has been working with children who are in foster care in schools and through social care.

Every one of us experience difficulties in our life at some point. These could be past or present. Sometimes we have persistent feelings about a person or situation and we are unable to understand why. Feelings of an in balance and disconnection from within impact our feelings of wholeness. I will give you a safe and protected space to explore any issues to find inner peace in a non-judgemental therapeutic relationship. Many children and even adults don’t want to talk or cannot talk about their feelings and what might be going on for them, this is why Play Therapy is effective for both adults and children.
